REMPEYEK JAVANESE CRACKER
 
Rempeyek is famous Javanese cracker, almost everybody like it all around Indonesia know it. For Javanese rempeyek is good couple for rice when there is no side dishes or complementary food such as crackers, crispy and savoury. Various kinds of rempeyek is a small shrimp, peanuts, soybeans, green beans, anchovies and crabs. Use Indonesian traditional material plant like candlenut, kencur and lime leaves,  thin fried dough soaked with hot cooking oil. Fried it just only 1-2 minutes, because rempeyek so thin, so do not get burnt. Use clean or new palm oil so the taste still keep in original taste without contaminated other taste.
 
Rempeyek very famous in all community, served during relaxing time, company for chat, ceremony, celebration until wedding party, every moment can present rempeyek. Cheap, simple, delicious and nutrious food.

I know in everything there is always the value to pay, but not everything we must pay much to get the best. Just take time to learn more and do something, timing is the best way for everything we have.
