Lekker is traditional cookies snack from Indonesia. Characteristic of lekker is thin crust, circle shape, sweet  and savory taste. You can choose your favorite topping to content filling, like chocolate, cheese, milk, strawberry, blueberry, banana, meat, etc.The original taste of lekker is from the thin crust, topping just additional taste. Utilize pan roast, you can bake lekker without oil or margarine and adding your favorit topping and enjoy the taste.
