KUWEKOYA "TAU SA KO"
 
This is old traditional oriental snack, from generation to generation, hereditary is famous in chinese community. For chinese people in Indonesia, kuwekoya "tau sa ko" not only snack but it's use to engagemant celebration. After engagement celebration is distributed at least 8 kind of snack, kuwekoya "tau sa ko" is one of them.The shape is circle is symbolize the unity and togetherness and the texture fragile and melted is symbolize heart of gentleness to love, passion, forgive and modesty. The taste sweet is pray for sweetness relationship. The hope after engagemant relations will be upgradeed to marriage and longer relation ship until forever.
Oriental snack and remind me when I was elementary school, old snack but until now everybody like this snack in all ages.Fine crumbs will fall if you eat it not carefully, taste it little by little and you will find the unique of kuwekoya "tau sa ko". Sweet, melted, fragile, savory and feel many granules sticks/fused to form a loop when you eat it.
 
Made of green beans, sugar and flour . It's means Tau = green beans, Sa = flour and Ko = snack, snack with green beans flour. Characteristic of this snack is granulates make this cake call "Koya".
