Ote-ote porong is snack original from Porong, east Java. It's favorite snack for chinese people in all around world, nutritious, delicious, crunchy and many side dishes. In one ote-ote porong there is ingredient seaweed, oysters, chicken/pork and onions. Eat ote-ote porong in the warm and with chili and a cup of tea. One has never enough when you eat it, crispy and spicy chili taste delicious and tempting tastes to add. Taste sweet savory seaweed with pork completely perfect snack. The materials in use is wheat flour, margarine, baking powder, ice water, fine granulated sugar, egg, palm oil and banana. Molen banana can be made with a medium size and mini, as above picture is medium size. Layers upon layers of banana wrapped up cover, after covered up molen banana ready to fried. Use new palm oil to avoiding contamination of the taste of the previous frying. 
 
More crispy in mini molen banana, can't stop to continue to eat it. You can choose any kind of topping, like banana, chocolate, cheese, strawberry, pineapple, etc. Simple snack but make your day different and delight, family gathering and company for talk with a cup of tea.

Steam Taro Prawn Ebi is very famous cake in Chinese community in Indonesia, because the taste delicious, soft, unique, nutritious and glut. Suitable for breakfast and snack in the afternoon with couple of tea or coffee. Just use simple materials to make it, ebi dried, fresh shrimp, pork, starch, sesame oil, garlic, onion and celery. All ingredients finely chopped.  

Fairly simple process with sautéing and steaming, in addition to steaming, frying is another alternative that appetizing. You can choose tomato or chili sauce as a complementary or make your own sauce.

The unique of this cake it take from taro, it's use purple taro. Purple taro has a different flavor than the white taro. Purple taro more supple, not easily melt and taste more crisp, to get the taro cakes were delicious prawn ebi use purple taro as basic materials. 

It's chinese traditional snack, the way to cook Chinese people usually by steaming and boiling, frying is rarely done. Because Chinese people believe the wealthy come from healthy body, they keep their body with avoid cook by frying.

The taste is sweet, savoury and crunchy. It's call "Ampyang" because this snack mix culture between Chinese culture and Java culture. Ingredient from palm sugar, peanut, fresh ginger and water, simple to make it and use cheap materials but you can taste it delicious.

Almond cheese Chrispy are produced manually from homemade industry, formed a sheet one by one circle.
