Serabi notokusuman is famous traditional snack in Solo, everybody like it. As a public food serabi notokusuman sold cheaply, made of a material that is easily obtainable and easy to make it. Shape of Serabi resemble pancake, serabi thinner than pancake, crispy adges and little different taste.
Made from rice flour, coconut oil, sugar, water, pandan leaves and topping. For topping you can adding cheese grated, chocolate grated, banana slices or jackfruit pieces.Roasted with a brazier that scent serabi out good smell. Enjoy it in the morning or afternoon with a cup of tea or coffee.

Lemang or Pulut is snack made  from glutinous rice and coconut oil. Use banana leaves as wrapper and bamboo. Enter glutinous rice first in bamboo hole that has been coated banana leaves, after full pour coconut oil and make sure the put glutinous rice with solid. Simple and easy to prepare the material, but burning bamboo is fairly complicated job. Roast process using firewood, it's so traditional and take 3 hours for roasted until cooked.

The taste is delicious, savoury and tempting aroma to hungry stomach. Lemang texture seems sticky and greasy. You can enjoy it by eat lemang in original taste or you can adding another menu like fish/chicken curry. Enjoy it when warm, hmmm so yummy.

For Dayak people lemang is call Pulut, Dayak people serve pulut for celebration, people party, wedding ceremony, thanksgiving and traditional ceremonies. Pulut served during the ceremonies symbolizes the triumph of life, have a long life.

Pukis is delicious trsditional snack from Banyumas, middle Java, Indonesia. It's famous snack until all around Indonesia. easy and simple to make it, every mom can make it for their family. Pukis cookies is made from dough of egg, wheat flour, sugar, yeast, coconut oil and water. Pour Pukis dough to the grill pan to the mould half-circle. Dough pukis baked over the fire instead of using the oven.
Many variant you can make from dough pukis just only you put kind of topping, like chocolate, cheese, milk, raisin and peanut, choose your favorite taste by put the topping on top of the dough half-baked. After overcooked dab of butter on the top of pukis. Hmm, good smell and delicious, enjoy it when warm with a cup of tea or coffee.

Lekker is traditional cookies snack from Indonesia. Characteristic of lekker is thin crust, circle shape, sweet  and savory taste.
